I placed an order today for two items and got the order confirmation only to find status as Contact Customer Service.  I did as I was told LOL and was told that a number of orders placed today using the Q Card had flipped to that status.  Just posting so you may want to be aware!

This has happened to me occasionally  - it meant nothing and switched to normal status quickly.

It happened to me this past week, and took around probably around 8 hours to resolve. (Not to mention my 2 phone calls). The issue was apparently unknown or so I was told.

This has happened to me several times.  Just this Saturday also.

 

Do NOT bother CS !  No need to keep calling them.

 

They do not know and can't do anything about it anyways.

 

It will go into processing soon.
