I have done my share of complaining about various topics relating to changes in shipping, costs and mediocre customer recently, but today I must applaud Latoya in customer service for the way she listened and resolved my concern.
My call concerned a missing credit for an item that was returned with another in same package. Without question she offered to process a credit for the second item based on the fact I told her it was included in same box. Wow! She exceeded my expections.
Kudos Latoya.
