If your spinners do not turn in a light wind do the following.
First, Check to see if the spinners are balanced. Note which leave is at the bottom when stopped. Spin the wheel lightly, if the same leaf is at the bottom get some electrice tape and some small screws. Tape the screws to the top leaf, if it still stops at the bottom add another screw. This is trial and error.
Next, Bend all of the leaves so they catch the wind. When looking at the end of the spinners the leaves will be positoned the same way.
Next, Remove the spinners from the pole and remove the end nut, washer and cap.
Spray the bearing with WD-40 and reassemble. Spray the end of the pole with WD-40 and place the spinners on the pole.
Next, Spin the spinners very fast to coat the bearing.
Sit back and enjoy the fruits of your laber.

I've never had a problem with my spinners. I do clean and put a new clear coat on them every spring, and give them a good shot of WD-40.

I will give this a try. Usually only one side of my spinner actually spins.

If a consumer has to do all of this to FIX it.....sounds like not something you should have purchased in the first place.
