Re: Please stop repackaging/sending gross customer return items

Think I have mentioned this before. Many B&M stores have closed(?) (shut down) their dressing rooms. Dressing rooms are just no longer available.

@Group 5 minus 1  That is true.

I live almost two hours from a B and M store clothing or a department store. I have a Walmart, sport outdoor clothing, or boutiques for tourists so order on line.

Re: Please stop repackaging/sending gross customer return items

Is it just me, but I could not find/see the smeared, dead bug in the package in that photo. Also, I always thought that if you ordered something from QVC that you were getting a new item that was not a customer return, unless you specifically ordered an "As-Is" item, where it says in the description that the item you are about to ordering may be a customer return or an on-air sample.  However, I'm realizing now that I have paid full price for a few pieces of clothing that were returns, and this is only because I recognized the "repackaged label" that was shown in bluehydrangea's picture; I got that label a few times and never thought anything of it, but now I know what that label is. I was lucky though that the returns I was sent seemed brand new; I mean at the time they weren't in any sort of condition that made me think it might be a returned top that someone had tried on; the ones I got seemed nicely folded. But yah, so gross to receive the undergarment with a smeared, dead bug in there! I would have sent it back right away too.

Re: Please stop repackaging/sending gross customer return items

Today I received a barefoot dreams that was a sale price. It was definitely a return because the tag was not attached properly & was quite wrinkled & looked worn. Beside that it smelled really bad! Now I have to return something I really wanted. QVC should not send out returns that are not even inspected. There is no "Q" in qvc as this wasn't the first time & i amfed up with it. The program hosts are often silly, unhelpful, & do not tell the truth on many occasions. Now I have to waste my time sending something back that shouldn't have been sent in the first place.I didn't think it was ethical to send a previous returned item especially in this day& age of covid, etc. Will have to be more careful about"sale" items & really everything else. Many other retailers out there!

I stopped ordering from DSW (Designer Shoe Warehouse) after receiving more than once, shoes/sneakers that were clearly used.

It looked as if they were just thrown in the shoe box, no tissue paper with banged up boxes to boot.

And it doesn’t matter when you let the customer service rep know at the store why they were returned either. 🥴

You must work for QVC or you wouldn't be defending inexcuseable business practices.  Just because someone orders from the "as is" category doesn't mean they deserve crummy, soiled, disgusting returned items!  Get real.

Left hand side, go down some, hover over object and words pop up "bra bug.jpg. whatever that means.  Now to me that looks like a bed bug.  Yikes, glad it's dead.  Or was it!

Re: Please stop repackaging/sending gross customer return items

I just returned a Kim Gravel item that I had gotten on clearance, one of her Jingle Belles tops that I wanted in a second color for a wedding (I have green, ordered the wine tasting). When it arrived it reeked of perfume so I put it through the wash, the smell still didn't come out and I noticed when I went to put it on my drying rack that there were seveeral grease stains on the front. I can only assume someone wore it for an event over the holidays, perfumed herself up and had a nice dinner, part of which ended up on the top, and returned it. I sent it back as defective, no way was I keeping that. I re-ordered the same top before I sent the other one back to make sure I didn't receive the damaged top back again, and that one was in pristine condition.

Re: Please stop repackaging/sending gross customer return items

I waited since 6/10 for the Soniclean Tooth brush set with 12 brushes.

Received on 7/5 or 6.  The brushes don't fit into the base electic brush.

The brushes were not for that holder.

I returned and found the same set on Amazon 10 dollars cheaper and free shipping.

I just hope the brushes fit on this one.

I think the Q sent me a return and threw in brushes????
