Nobody provided any system info for Q IT department to help you.

Are you using a computer or mobile device?

If computer, Mac or PC?

Which OS are you using - comp?

Which iOS are you using - mobile device?

Which browser & version are you using?

Have you tried switching browsers?

What troubleshooting have you done?  Tried restarting your comp, mobile device and/or browser(s)?

I experienced quite a bit of difficulty logging in this evening.  Since so many people are having a problem, it cannot be almost everyone's computer.  This is a situation that the Q should have already handled, and that really is the job of tech.  The supervisors need to take care of this asap.

The next time that I hear salt and ice together, it better be in a margarita!

I have a CB and have not had that problem as yet? I guess the problem is with microsoft?
