Please help!! Is anyone else still having trouble using QVC.com???

Thank you in advance to anyone who replies.  Is anyone else STILL having issues using QVC.com?  I know there have been some occasional problems recently with the website and a big issue on 9-24-17 and 9-25-17 but is anyone still having problems?  I can't checkout at all!  I can look at items, can check my account and order status, etc... but I can't checkout.  I can put things in my cart and get all the way to "Place Order" and once I click it, an error message comes up as Bad Server.  I spoke with CS and they said they were aware of the problem and were working on it.  I spoke to a CS rep yesterday that wasn't even aware that there was or had ever been an issue.  I have cleaned out and checked everything on my computer and I can checkout from other websites so I really don't think the problem is on my end.  I have lost out on items using Automated Ordering and I want to be able to use QVC.com.  Can anybody help me?  I am so frustrated!!!

I've been having the same problem on my PC.  It's happened in the past as well and is always fixed when using these step by step instructions by Craig Smith on YouTube.

               @virginia gal,  I agree with @haddon9.    To be certain, however, it helps to see the entire error message you've gotten in order to properly troubleshoot.    If it looks like this one -- or is similar -- and contains the word "cookie"  that indicates you have some sort of "cookie corruption" on your device.

            You mentioned you've "cleaned out" your computer, but as long as you see this error you still have one or more browser cookies causing the problem.   You would see it on this site and not others because it's related to cookies associated with the QVC website.

           As shown in @haddon9's video, you need to delete the browser's cookies/cache/data, quit the browser, and then relaunch it.    (In rare cases, if clearing browser cookies doesn't work, you might have what's known as "supercookies," "evercookies," or "ubercookies" on the device -- usually Adobe Flash cookies -- that you'll need to delete.)  

             It's easy to clear these things on a regular basis, and it's a practice that can prevent a lot of odd, annoying internet behavior.   This kind of error isn't related to the kinds of problems the QVC site has been having, by the way.    A cookie error can't be corrected by the website you're visiting -- it's specific to your device.

Hi @virginia gal, You have been given some great advice. We always suggest you clear your cookies and sometimes changing browsers helps.

Thank you so very much haddon9!  It worked!  I can order again!  I don't understand why it just started happening after the technical issues on 9-25 but I am thrilled that I can order online again!  Thank you for taking the time to publish the link to the video!  You will never know how much I appreciate it!!  Take care!!
