This is the third time this happened. I placed an order, hit submit ang got an error message. This time it was “QVC.com is not available.” I closed the website, opened it again and checked my cart, nothing in it. So I placed the order again and it went through. A few minutes later I got 2 emails confirming TWO orders. Fortunately I checked my email quickly enough that I could cancel one order. The last two times I didn’t realize that two orders had been placed until after the absurdly short window to cancel and both were (eventually) shipped. To be fair, I got a full refund, bu
