Please fix the way the web site pages are reloading when you are browsing a group of items. Right now, it is taking so many clicks just to look at a page and it is overly time consuming. Example: You click on "New" and sort by "newest" but if you click on an item to view it and then return, the page loses the sort you selected and it does not bring you back to the viewing point you were at on the page. You basically have to start over ... if you are sill motivated. I'm sure there is a "technical" web term for this but I just don't know it. Other online retailers do this with no problem at all ... if you are browsing a page of items, you click to view an item and then you can return to the page and to your correct spot on the page. Other retailers also have "preview" the item built in so you don't have to leave the main page of products to view a specific item, you can see the basics without interrupting the main browsing page. Needs attention. It will be good for your business and save us time.

I agree. Same with viewing recently on air.
I'm sure though that it is just one more thing that QVC will not have their it people bother (or know how!) to fix.

Are you doing this on a computer or tablet? What I'd do is open anything I wanted to view in a new window as I scroll down the page. Hold CTRL and click on the item. That way you skip the back and forth altogether.

You don't have to leave web pages you know you're not done with. Open items in a new tab or window instead.

The simple fact is, we shouldn't have to jump through these hoops.
The back arrow should take us back to the page we were browsing; not jump us all the way back to the first page.
This is especially annoying, if you're trying to browse through 31 pages of Black Friday deals. ![]()

I just tested to see if I would have the same issue as @bluehydrangea and others. I sorted makeup items by Newest First, scrolled down several rows, and did a regular click to open an item in the same window. Then I clicked on the back button. I was returned to the previous page exactly where I left off, and the items were still sorted by Newest First. I then went to page 5, and had the same result after viewing another item. This worked in Firefox and Edge browsers on Windows 11.
I don't know why is works for me but not for others. Maybe Q fixed something, or maybe it's an issue with a device or browser setting.
