The search function in the Order Status feature hasn't worked in a couple of weeks. Please fix it. Many others have complained about this and I have not seen a response. I use the Safari browser in my apple computer and other devices.
I shop a lot, and would like to be able to search my orders to purchase additional colors of items I have and other things.
Please help.

YES AGREE PLEASE FIX! For those of use who have shopped with QVC for years, this is a very important and often used function. I just got off Live Chat in fact because I needed something researched that I could not because of this broken search feature. He apologized and said their tech team is working on it, but that has been the case for too long now. It seems like briefly at one point I tried the search and miracously it worked and I thought oh great, but that was very short lived.

I agree that it needs to be fixed. I use all of the time to see if I have bought something before and cannot remember if I have. Also, look for other colors that I did not buy.

Thank You!!! What has me mad the most is I can't access my Auto-Deliveries... they are getting sent out when I don't even want them!! Ugh!
