Please Mods - Help Cancel This Order

I have an order for Cottage Farms Pow Wow Coneflowers placed on 4/25. I asked for help to get it cancelled on 5/1. It is still saying "attempting to cancel". I do not want to continue to be charged for this. It seems to just be in limbo - nothing happening! Can someone please get this order cancelled?

I am sorry for the delay in this cancellation but of course this is vendor shipped. I will monitor this order and if it ships, I will refund ASAP.
