I need help to see where my order is...I have a tracking number,but the content is empty...I  order it in June! Should have received it on July 2nd

I have the same problem going on.  I was supposed to get my item on July 6.  The tracking number shows it was sent but now seems to have dropped off the face of the earth.  This happened once before with an order in May.  Once I asked for a replacement...the original magically appeared within a few days.  Then the replacement came so I had to send the second one back.  I am still waiting for order status to show it was returned.  I won't be ordering anything else for a while.  QVC has been the only company with so many issues.  At least for me.  SAD!  I have been a customer from the beginning and have never seen it so bad.
