Please Assist with Order

I received this item (GILI jeans) at the end of 2-2020.  It was ordered on 2-19-2020.  At that time there was a 90 day return policy in place.  I returned the jeans via QVC label on 5-15-2020 which was well within 90 days.  However, I received a letter saying that I was outside the 30 day return policy and the jeans were shipped back to me.  

 

I called last week to question this and was told that returns had to be made by 5-31-2020 to qualify for the policy.  The representative also said that this item was not eligiblle for the 90 day policy.  I questioned that fact since the information on your website indicated all items were eligible for it.  This return was also made & received before 5-31-2020.  Supposedly the representative was sending it for a review.  

 

I called today to check on it since the jeans now have arrived back at my home and the representative hung up on me.  

 

I was also told that an item I purchased on 3-5-2020 and received on 3-12-2020 was not eligible for return.  I therefore have not sent the item back when I wanted to do so. 

 

What is going on?  I feel that this 90 day return policy has been false advertising by QVC.  I am certainly re-thinking doing any shopping here.  Because I believed your information I have about $140 of items that I cannot use!  This is just wrong!

From my experience QVC is not honoring their 90 day return policy! I am so disqusted I will never order a thing from QVC again. My Dad had a heart attack in March. I was taking care of him & my Mom & didn't get a chance to try on clothes I had ordered. One was defective & they sent them all back to me along with the same letter. I am so disgusted I am sending back anything that I ordered that is within their 30 day policy. I'm sure this is only the beginning of their complaints! The hosts kept saying you have 90 days to return anything during the Covid crisis.Our Post Office was closed for a time. I wanted a receipt. I was well within my 90 days. Then on May 30th Marybeth said it was the last two days to take advantage of 90 day returns!  I sent my items back on May 11th & 12th!

I am so sorry that you have also had to deal with this problem. 

 

Clearly QVC & the hosts misrepresented the return policy!  It is false advertising.

 

I do hope your father is doing well.

@DAD    I am so sorry for any frustration this has caused, please email us the orders in question, we will be happy to double check on the returns eligibility for you.

Hard to believe that the way QVC has tried our patience in so many ways that the would be so hard-nosed about the return policy.  We've been patient with them; they should reciprocate.

MODS, PLEASE HELP WITH ORDER THAT WAS ORDERED.  oRDER NUMBER *****.  oRDERED ONE MONTH AGO AND WAS SUPPOSE TO ARRIVE YESTERDAY.  I COULD HAVE ORDERED ON HSN AND GOT IT IN A WEEK.   IT'S ONE OF ANDREW LESSMAN VITAMINS  AND I CAN'T GET ANY HELP ON THE PHONE.  I HAVE BEEN CHARGED ON MY ACCOUNT, BUT NO SHIPMENT HAS ARRIVED IN A MONTH.  THANK YOU

@qvcaddition    I just checked on the order and it has shipped and looks to be a bit late but is definitely still scanning thru the postal service.

I have sent my order numbers to QVC social team. Someone told me they were looking into it. They said they would be off for three days & not to contact customer service. If you look under my returns they are noted with Call C. S. I will send you what I received when I open my email. Your customers have been patient I believe, but this is the last straw for me. I had no way to get them out so I tried to do exchanges. USPS pick up & drop box. The defective Belle dress I had left a review for. I believe it was in March & I mentioned as another customer did that they are not sewn correctly. Of course by the time items get processed there is nothing left! There's no excuse for a defective item. Really any of them. I received the letter that stated I did not return my items within 30 days.
