Yesterday I happened to be searching the late night specials and noticed that there was a set of owl planters from Plow & Hearth at the price of $20. Three days before that the same planters were on clearance for almost $5 more, which is when I ordered them. I was a little more than mad, so I decided to have a live chat with a rep to see if she would give me a price adjustment. Well, lo and behold she did! Years ago, when QVC lowered the price of an item that you had ordered, you would get a letter in the mail stating that they were crediting your account. Thought that I would have to put up a fight, but she was more than agreeable. Thanks QVC for doing the right thing!
