Ok, so I see the issue. That's on a desktop. I'm on a browser on my phone. I couldn't sit at a desktop and post to a forum. Ugh. I like mobility. Thanks all!

You can still add photos from your phone.  But you have to be in "Full" mode, not "Mobile" mode.
