I got a phone call from QVC saying that my order would not be delivered until December 23 but they did not say what order that was. I checked on my order status but I didn't see that anywhere. How can I find out which item they are referring to?

If I were you, I would call customer service. I dont think QVC make calls like the one you mention. The call may have been a scam.

QVC does make these automated calls but don't say which order. I received one in the past. Call them.

@Baylie. I had that happen also and thought the same as no mention of which item delayed ,so the phone message was useIass. I had one of the Mods check exactly which item is delayed. This is the only company that is not specific and informative. Often tracking is not available either.

@ruby6332 Not it's not a scam. I know someone got that call and it IS legitimate.
