Philosophy on auto delivery

Just wanted to give customers a "heads up" to watch your Philosophy auto-delivery products,  There is not suppose to be a delivery charge.  Today I saw where an Amazing  Grace bath gel was sent on auto-delivery and shipping was added.  A call to CS took care of the matter but I asked if that would correct the problem going forward and she couldn'say!

Why isn't there?

 

Whenever I have ordered on Free Shipping day, it clearly states that free shipping is on the first delivery ONLY.

 

I'm confused @Tuffcookie 

 

How are you getting free shipping on AD ?

Thank you for bringing that to my attention!  When I order Philosphy it is always with free shipping.  I now see, there are shipping charges after the first shipment on AD!
