Philosophy Auto Delivery

I was notified that my auto delivery order from last year was on back order and here it is another TSV minus the hand cream. QVC, please fulfill past orders before you bring it on as a new TSV! No more!

That happened to me too recently with Corky's bacon wrapped stuffed turkey.  QVC suggested I make a new order and they would adjust the price. Thought that was a great idea, still waiting for a price adjustment after sending multiple emails back & forth.

 

Great idea in theory.

@annie57 - I ordered last year's TSV as an auto-delivery and it got canceled before they even shipped out the first order.  I'm not bothering with this one; I have enough "stuff" to get through and I'm sure there'll be another one next year.
