I was to receive the Philosophy three piece Amazing Grace set this week and I was notified that I will not be receiving it because they don't have it. This is the second time this has happened to me with a Philosophy TSV item in auto delivery. I am extremely mad about this. If they don't have enough of the product then they should not put it on the auto delivery system. I am done shopping on QVC, They have no regard for their customers.

This seems to be happening to all sorts of products.  It's a new game QVC is playing rather than being honest and saying the price has increased and we can no longer sell it at the AD price.  You'd think they could state that and give customers the option of buying at the higher price or cancelling.

@annie57 I gave up on auto ship 3 years ago after reading that so many folks do not receive future shipments or they get canceled. So sorry this happened to you, too. I would suggest contacting Customer Service, tell them what you paid and ask them to find a substitution equal to your AD at the same price. Good luck!

  1. Just received an email stating that the set was being shipped out today! Amazing ! I gues reporting the site the better business bureau helped.
