Why post something that may make no sense to the reader?  This doesn't give us any info about what - who - when.

She probably is referring to how most of us will get in our email these notices (usually from different banks) that there is a problem with your account and to click on the included link to fix it.  QVC wouldn't be excluded, that's for sure.

When viewing the message source, it says one of my credit cards will expire next month. Not so, all three of mine good until 2020! It looks legit, but I always thought QVC mailed these kinds of notices, that is another reason I am suspicious. Either that or QVC made a boo-boo.

To Everyone:   These emails are scammers trying to get your information.  You should never open them or click on your account from the email.   I have gotten this twice with two different cards, not the Q Card.   I called the Customer service number on the back of the card and they will ask you to send the email to them.  I would not contact QVC customer service, but call Symphony directly.

These scammers are getting very clever and never open anything that you are not sure about.  Clicking on the links will get you hacked.

Hope this helps.

Hi @grammarqueen @BalletBabe @StephaniM @PickyCindy @fthunt Could anyone who still has the Pfishing Email that appears to be from QVC forward it to QVCSocialTeam@qvc.com so that our IT Department can research this.

@Anonymous  I did not get them from QVC.  Sorry if I stated that wrong.  I got them from a few of my credit card companies.  It was not the Q Card.  I closed my Qcard out .One that I got was.from Amazons credit card,  and I forwarded it to the bank as that is what they requested.  I got another 2 of them, I believe it was Citi Bank, and one I cannot remember. Think Chase was the other,  All around Christmas.   These emails tell you that your information needs updated.  It was a long form that wanted to know everything name, address, etc.

The reason I posted this is because No credit card company will ever ask you for information in an email.  They advised to to send the emails to them and they all wrote me back and told me they were scamming emails, and glad I didn't put any information in.  I also changed my password for my credit cards and my email.

Hope this helps.

Yes, I have gotten that message also, and the funny thing is the card wasn't anywhere near the expiration date.  That is also a email you should report to the bank that your card is in.  They trace it and can tell sometimes where they are coming from.
