So, QVC sent you the merchandise and never cashed the checks. You still show these checks outstanding on your account. You have tried working with QVC and no results. I wouldn't be afraid to order again if you tried everything to get a resolution but didn't.  It is now on QVC not you.  They have had many glitches in their system and maybe you aren't the only person. I am sure it will eventually be caught, just keep all your notes on your telephone calls. Wishing you well in your upcoming surgery.
