Hello Customer Care...I just received two, small, "Peace, Love, World" tees...received in same small package and had to pay $7.00 total or $3.50 ea. for shipping for the tops, as if in two packages?!  It was a lightweight little package, and I don't think it merited the $7.00. Ship costs, as it is, is prohibitive with Q shopping, as so many sites offer same items, free shipping or better deals.

I remember back in the day, QVC would not charge shipping on a 2nd item of the same number, especially if they were shipping in the same package.

Yes, they did the same to me with the package I received on Saturday.  Two tops I ordered from the same vendor in one package and charged $7.00 S&H.  That happened with HSN some time ago and when I called, the CSR told me that's what they  do so I keep my ordering to a minimum and it  has to be a great deal and something I really want.

There is nothing to advise!

You were charged correctly as per the QVC shipping and handling policy. 

Cost of shipping IS per item even IF they package them together.

This has been the way of it for YEARS now and it is the stated policy.

We need to take this into account when ordering anything.

I've shopped her 26+ years and I never remember free shipping on the 2nd item if they were shipped together.

The closest thing to that that I remember is if you bought 2 of the same item in one order, different colors/sizes, the shipping on the second item was half price, but not free.

S&H (and return shipping labels) are a revenue source for QVC.

You might be right on the 1/2 price shipping on second item...well, I'd take it.

$7.00 for this little lightweight, combined packaging for two orders with separate ship costs is just a bit of a rip off, but a good income strategy for the Q. Again...with so many vendors doing all kinds of shipping deals, wish QVC would do more. I purchased on that flash one day free shipping day...things I'd been holding off on. It is an incentive for me.

The total purchase price was on your screen telling you how much the shipping was when you made the purchase.

It is the customer's responsibility to read what all is being charged in the final out-the-door purchase price, and then decide if they want to complete the transaction or not.

I fail to see how the charge could be a surprise.

It is not environmentally friendly to ship each item separately.

QVC did nothing wrong.

They charged for shipping exactly as they were supposed to.

if you tried mailing two lightweight tops to anyone in the usa (with insurance), i would almost guarantee that you could not do it for $7.....it would more than likely be more than that.

if you want to avoid paying shipping fees, then it would be worth it for you to wait for a free shipping day or free shipping hours. it seems like they do them several times a month now.
