I'm still waiting on two refunds to my Paypal account from over two weeks ago.  I have sent specifics to Customer Service via email.  Has anyone else experienced refund delays using PayPal?  I will reconsider using this means of payment if this is going to be an issue with QVC.

PayPal refunds do take longer than regular credit cards.  Be sure to keep track but you should have no problems.

I had to go through my credit card company to get the refund. It seemed PayPal was just stalling, it took 6 weeks. Never again will I use PayPal to get anything I’m not sure I’m keeping. Keep on on this and you will eventually get the refund.

@notenoughtime - PayPal doesn't stall when giving refunds. They have to wait to give a refund based on the CC actions. 

I use them for my quilting business and have had customers cancel orders after they have been cut/shipped. Once fabric is cut it cannot be returned. So, they complain to their CC company who puts a stop on the charge which then leads PayPal to put a hold on that amount of $ in my account until the resolution is solved. It can take as long as a month.

They are a great company and I've never had a problem.

I just sent something back that I used PayPal.  I hope I don't have any issues.  I use PP for several things with other companies and never had any issues.

I only use PayPal with Etsy and one other company--I think it's Neiman Marcus.  I never can get my credit card to go through with Neiman Marcus and have to use PayPal.  I'm not sure if I've returned anything on it though.  I've never returned anything to Etsy.

I use PayPal whenever it is offered. I have never had a delay in getting refunds on anything returned from any merchant and no problems getting my return shipping refunded either.

I am a good customer of theirs...I have been using them for a long, long time.
