PayPal Question

I have paypal credit and decided to try it out with QVC.  Everytime I use it with other vendors I have the option of using paypal credit or my paypal balance.  I did choose to use paypal credit with my QVC purchase, however, it was taken out of my balance which I am not happy with.  How do you use the credit and not balance?

I received an email from PayPal recently asking me about my preferences on this issue. You should be able to go into settings in your PayPal account and let them know what you prefer.

I have done that and it works with everyone else except QVC.  I have it as my preferred way to pay.
