Paid for expedited shipping and still haven’t rec’d it

I’m done with QVC! Paid for expedited shipping and it shipped the day it was supposed to be delivered & I’m still waiting...ordered a denim & co. Shirt on November 9th now they’re saying expected delivery of November 26th..17 days waiting for something????
