I was expecting two packages today that both show delivered by UPS.  Only one is from QVC and  the other is from another vendor.  Neither one was delivered to me even though both say they were which leads me to believe they were given to who knows who by UPS.

What steps should I take in this situation?

@Laura14 I had the same issue 2 days in a row and called QVC Customer Service and they were great with helping me.  It turns out that I was seeing items in the UPS system as delivered but in the Q system they were still enroute. I finally received my items the next day and hopefully, one of the CS reps can assist you!

@Laura14@I have had that happen and the packages show up the next day. Some drivers are running behind and so they mark stuff as delivered to meet quotas...somebody told me that anyway.Hope you get your packages but if not call the sender.

Re: Package not received

@GAQShopr53  @dex @aasmomvls  Thanks all!  I had this happen before with the USPS and it finally did show up. Obviously sat at the post office for some reason.

This is UPS though and it's the fact that two packages by two separate companies are showing delivered and both are not here that has me worried. I just found that odd and thought I'd find out what to do in case they were misdelivered.

Believe it or not, I had a Macys delivery two days ago and Macys sent me someone else's order and not mine so I'm a little jumpy.  It's not even the holidays yet!

This is exactly why we got a P.O. Box number a couple of months ago.

I got tired of going to neighbors on other streets.

My son has his UPS packages delivered to a UPS store near him.

Problem solved for us.

@Laura14@I think we need to get our Christmas shopping done very early this year if we need time to wrap the gifts.I heard they are having trouble hiring delivery people.

@OKPrincess  I think I am going with ship to store from now on.  I'm tired of it too.

And I guess QVC will have to go to work even though I hate having personal stuff delivered there which means it will have to be pretty special.  I just can't do this anymore.

@Laura14 If you don't get the packages, the seller is responsible for replacing it. OVC is really good about it in my experience. I've had it happen 3 or 4 times. They just say they will ship out another and if the original shows up you are to ship it back at no charge. One time I had a package that was listed as delivered to me show up in Columbis OH! The main thing is that you are not responsible to track it down, the seller is responsible. And you certainly don't have to pay for an item you didn't get.
