QVC can you PLEASE stop shipping handbags in plastic mailers???? I've returned 2 IHKWIP bags that were permanently creased and unable to stand upright. They both had feet for this purpose. My order was $143 so not a cheap handbag. Dooney's used to ship in boxes (assume they still do). This is BEYOND frustrating.

I agree w/you. There is no excuse for shipping such a costly item in a mailer.

That's terrible - they're just saving money on shipping materials, and not thinking about the customer.

Especially on expensive bags!

Did you contact ihkwip directly? They may be able to tell QVC how to properly ship their products.

If you purchase directly from the company, the handbag will come shipped in a nice box.  This might be why Q can offer special prices.

I remember receiving a Lug handbag in a bag and l 
agree no handbags should be mailed in the QVC bags. The bags do ruin how the handbags stand up. I returned one for this reason and they sent another one in a box!

I have reached out to them. On their site you can only send an email/chat. But I have tried.

I just had NYDJ jeans shipped in a box.  If they can do it, handbag people certainly can do it.  I don't know who is shipping what, QVC or the mfgrs.

I received a IHKWIP handbag from QVC this week. It was packaged nicely in a box.
