Can someone who is computer savvy help me?? My orders won't go through on my iPad. I have version 10.3 on my iPad. Sometimes it will go through after 3 or more tries. I tried changing my password but that did not make a difference. Yes I am saving money but I still like to order occ.

You might need to update your operating system.  I think Ipad is up to 11 or 12 something.  Go to Settings, General, Software Update and see if there are updates.

You could just pick up the phone & call. Many different ways to order.

I’m far from computer savvy, but I have found that iPads and the QVC website (and this forum) don’t play well together.  I have a lot of trouble with using the iPad touchscreen with this site.  I often have to tap the screen more than once to get a result—not just when ordering.  Add to that the site is often very slow, so I can’t always tell if it’s working or not.
