Orders Not Showing Up

Now what?  Orders are not showing up on the website.  Called CS and they said to check again in a few hours.  I am probably going to get everything twice!

The same thing happened to me on Tuesday evening. I placed an order and received confirmation from PayPal but nothing from QVC. I called customer service several times and was told that they could see the charge but not the order.

just placed an order.

two items are showing as in process.

one item is showing as an advance order.

i went through mr rebates where there is a 5% cash back rebate for qvc.

used the firefox browser on my laptop.
