Ordered new received as is

Dear QVC,

I am writing to inform you that I have order two tops and a pair of

pants ( new) and they all came thrown into a bag-not packaged like a new

item. Very shocked and very disappointed. I ordered NEW. I did NOT

order as is. Please check on this problem.

@Robbysmom - Clothes are shipped in plastic bags. It has nothing to do with whether they're new, as is or clearance.

Do the items you received have the tags on them? Clean in individual clear plastic bags? That's how they're normally packaged. FYI they now put a red "As Is" sticker on the external packaging for items ordered from that section.

every thing that I've ordered AS IS

has Huge red AS IS sticker on the box in a couple of spots

I don't mind AS IS for me, I'd never as a gift because of the AS IS stickers

@Mary Bailey - I've had to laugh recently. In the past, whenever I ordered "As Is" the inside package had those red stickers. Now they're putting them all over the outside of the shipping bag or box.

I told my DH they want everyone to know I'm too poor to order new!

robbiesmom,I have had this happen 1 time.and how I knew,item smelled like perfume.not acceptable to me.if I wanted as is,I would have ordered it that way

Really not sure if this the right place to post this,but, I'd love feedback on other shopper's experiences with "AS IS". I see them, especially now with their blowout going on in fashion. Tempted to try somtimes when my size is sold out. What can all of you ladies tell me of your experiences? Damaged? Soiled?
