Hello
I ordered a juicer using easy pay on 07/03/2020. I received the confirmation email, money taken from my bank account and never heard another word. I went to check the status and the order is missing from my order page. I’ve tried calling customer service and cannot get through. I’ve emailed customer service and nothing. Can someone please help !

Same happened to me - mod couldn't help me either. No record of the item ordered on my personal listing. I returned a month ago - and no word where the package is.

If you go to your order status and type in your order number it will tell you if it's in processing or shipped. Also contact QVC SocialTeam@qvc.com and give them your order numer. They are amazing and prompt.

And if you have NO ORDER NUMBER - because purchase was never posted - what then?
