I have things send a shipping notice the day after I purchased and still take 7-10 days to get to me.

Consider yourselves fortunate. My 6/17 order still hasn’t shipped—but I am SOOO comforted by the disclaimer at the top of my Order Status page that they are experiencing delays in shipping and returns! So can I depend on the usual terrible delivery time frames—or worse?

I am very happy for you, and I am glad that they are trying to improve.  I ordered items on June 5th, and today, June 22, and they still have not arrived...three orders.  Almost three weeks...fingers are crossed that things are improving, at least for some.

I sure will! According to tracking, it's on it's way!

My last 8 orders in the past couple of weeks have taken 5-6 days, from date of order to delivery date.

I'm just trying to offer encouragement to customers that they do seem to be working out the issues, but it may take some time for ALL customers to see improvement.

A couple of weeks ago, I was in the same position as many others, in-process for days on end and shipping slower than molasses and couldn't cancel either!

Further update: June 24...Ordered June 7...three orders...still not delivered.  17 days....Called CS and they said the three orders are on their way.  I hope that in the future things go a bit more smoothly. C'est las vie!

I don't want to burst your bubble, but it may be that is when the shipping label was created.
