Ordered 12/14 now my order is stuck somewhere in CA

Made my order 12/14, didn't ship until 12/17 and now it's been stuck in CA the last 3 days with no update and a delivery date of after Christmas. How is it possible they are advertising guaranteed delivery for Christmas?! What is the guarentee? My daughters item won't be here in time and it was her most wanted item and I'm super upset how they are dealing with processing and delivery. Definitely won't ever suggest using them to anybody I know if they want something in a timely fashion. So upset. Don't promise Christmas delivery if you can't ship it out to make that happen.with an order date of 12/14, 2 day shipping would have had it here in plenty of time.
