I placed an order on July 23. I received a tracking number and was told UPS never received the package. So, I called when the order was suppose to be there; I was told they would place another order. I received an email saying my order was shipped but when I track my package UPS has no record of my order.

ok if QVC wants to send out another order ,great. I love the stuff and so does my little Maltese..........
BUT , since it was never shipped...lol then I guess I will not be charged for it...........right???? lol
