So I have ordered easy pay before it's been a few years. I placed a order today for next day delivery and just received a order verification or payment verification etc email. I work odd hours and had a quick break to call in and what do you know can't get through smh upon reading other threads it seems like it may have been because I used my wife's card. Good lord we have been married 30 years. So I canceled the order myself. Now I need to know when I will receive the money back to my wife's card, and if I can add her to my account so we can order in the future as we use her card for bills mine for other things. If this is not possible I will just be closing my account. Because if I am working a 18 hour shift Ian's have 5 minutes to call in to rectify a situation and cannot there's no point in having a account

This forum is for customers to interact with each other, you should contact customer service either by calling or doing a live chat.

Yeah thanks for the tip I've tried both and just wanted to see if anyone had a similar issue. Can't get a resolution if you can't get through over the phone and chat is not available

Re: Order verification

I never have a problem reaching CS.

Since you cancelled rather than doing a return, it could happen much sooner than a return refund.  Since the charge was only in pending status, it  should naturally fall off when the shipment isn't processed.  Give it 5-7 days and check.

When you get the money back depends on your bank, not Q. Your bank "held" that money when you placed the order. Since it's cancelled, your bank will release the hold on that money according to their policies.

My bank releases the hold after 5 days in this kind of situation.
