Hello, I recently purchased a Canon camera with Easy pay option through QVC the item has shipped with tracking number expected to be here 21st, well I started looking around and decided to pull the trigger on the DJI mavic 2 drone. I placed order yesterday, my bank account gets the charge for the first payment, I do understand it's just a hold and it does not charge till item ships. Anyways, I get an email saying additional verification required. I've called and cannot get an answer or I get mailbox full. I've searched and see others have had same issue but I dont see anyone posting the outcome. Do they end up getting there order? What could they need to verify from me? Any help would be appreciated

Hi @BlakeM I am sorry for your disappointment, but if you call the phone numbers I emailed to you a representative will be happy to help. You may have to leave a message but they will get back to you. If those mailboxes are full email me back.
