I ordreed three LOGO items on 9/20/16 and the tracking information indicates that USPS never received the items from QVC's "shipping partner." I have sent several emails to QVC customer care with no resolution. So my credit card has been charged, no items received and no resolution. I get this standardized answer which reflects that not a single customer service agent has actually clicked on the tracking no. to see that this is the case. I cancelled an item on waitlist and will be returning everything I've ordered and have not yet received. I am SICK of QVC's lack of customer service and their horrible shipping service. I will save a lot of money by not shopping here anymore! Thanks QVC for helping me stay on budget!

Call the credit card company and put the transaction in "dispute"
The merchant will take action or not get paid.

I agree, there customer service has taken a turn and not for the better. I use to praise them. However, try contacting another customer representative. I usually get customer satisfaction eventually. It all depends on who you get. Usually in this case, they resend the items. They have for me on several occasions. Just try calling again, or emailing and I truly think you will get the outcome your looking for. Even if you have to do this several times.

Pick up the phone and call Customer Service. Do you want a refund or do you want the items re-shipped if they are in stock? Speak to a supervisor or a different agent if you aren't happy with what you are told.
Sadly, this seems to be typical of shipping now. Items just disappear or hang in limbo. Hope your problem gets resolved soon.

this exact thing happened to me. If you look at your order it gives the range of expected delivery date. CS would not do anything until I was a week past that date. I never got the items and of course they were sold out.
This also happened with Dell. I ordered a laptop 6 weeks before Christmas and I kept getting a new delivery date all the way to a Delivery of 1/15 which it made it weeks too late. I cancelled and got a better deal at Best Buy.
