I just placed an order and went to check my order status only to find that I did not have any orders placed, when I did....anyone else having this issue?

Sometimes it takes a minute or two to show up. Check back in a few minutes.

I had a similar problem with HSN last month. I ordered 3 things and received one of them. The status of the other 2 items was stuck for about a week. I sent an email to CS to tell them to just cancel my order and I would reorder the items.

I've noticed that QVC is way behind on their returns. I sent 4 things back at the beginning of last month and it's still not showing that they've been returned. I've made 2 payments on items I don't even have. I did send an email about a week ago but have heard nothing so I just sent them another email. It's frustrating to be paying for things you sent back and don't even have.

I hope you get your order taken care of. You may want to call CS today to find out what's going on. I've found that things can go very slow around the holidays.
