I had placed an order on 4/8. On 4/11, it showed Shipped and a tracking number was provided with an EDD of 4/16. I always keep an eye on the tracking status of my orders. As soon as it said Shipped, I saw that my order was in Urbancrest, OH. Then, the tracking completely went away. I still have the tracking number, but nothing is listed when I check the status of my order on QVC. I even went to the USPS tracking website and they have no information that it was ever shipped.
I then did a Live Chat last night with QVC Customer Service and they said it was on Waitlist. It sure wasn't on Waitlist when I placed my order! Order status says Shipped! Why would it then show Shipped if on Waitlist?
Anybody else have an issue like this before?
