Order placed on 4/25 is still "In Process"

There are two item numbers:

A354773

A373534

 

I do NOT want to cancel these two orders.  However, it has been 11 days since the order was placed.  @Mods--can you provide me some sort of update?  Thank you!

Amazon is also behind.  It used to be that it was not uncommon to get the next day delivery with Amazon - now it can be a week or more.

Hi @DrKelli as a result of the COVID-19 situation, we’re experiencing some delivery delays. It looks as though your order is moving, but slower than usual. I will reach out and see what I can find out.

I have one from 4/21.  I did get notice that shipping has been delayed.  I don't even want it anymore.

Order placed on 4/25 is still "In Process"

Add me to the group of customers in this category. After attempting a few times to reach CS by phone today, and actually making it through to a real person before being put back on hold for almost an hour, I hung up the phone and then sent them an email. I'm hopeful someone will respond by the end of next week.
