Order placed 11/25 still in process

Placed two orders on 11/25 and still in process.  Chat x 2 and was told the first time they would contact shipping to move the order.  The second time was told they updated the date to 12/12 - but only notice for one order.  The other order is still showing 11/30 EDD.  Was told the second time they were having shipping problems and the two orders were not in advance, backorder, or waitlist. Last year had several go to backorder after waiting but the items continued to be presented and sold after I placed my order.  Could someone contact me.

@toril   So sorry to see this delay

 

I will take a look at both orders and see what I can find out.   I'll email you in a bit with an update.
