I placed an order about 20 minutes ago & it doesn't show in my order status. Did it go thru. No email either!

Earlier I tried to check my order status on an order and it said that they were doing 'maintenance' (computer), maybe give it a little longer to show up.

You never know how strong you are until being strong is the only choice you have.

Every once in a while that happens to me with an order.  It will take longer than usual to show up or get an email confirmation.

 

I don't worry about it because I always write down the order number immediately after I place the order.  That way if something happens I have an order number to reference for customer service, if I need to contact them.

I had never had that happen before. But thanks for the idea to write down my order#. It was a maintenance issue & all is well. I was a little worried. Then I get the order & I will have to return as the size chart is not correct! I am now wishing it had not gone thru!! I might as well laugh about it!
