Is anyone having problems with orders not showing up under order status? Money hasn’t been taken out of my account, and I never got a confirmation email. I did get a order number after check out, but like a dummy didn’t write it down.

I don’t want to take the risk of reordering, and be charged twice if the first one ends up going through.
I know qvc has been getting a surplus of orders, so I was wondering if anyone else has had this happen?

I placed an order this morning that has never appeared in order status.  I'm not redoing it because I don't want to bother with a duplicate order.  I'll do without.

I placed an order about four hours ago. Just checked after reading this and it says ¨In Process¨

@Susan-QVC   while your at it see if you can figure out why my return seems to be sitting at the post office.   EXCHANGED the artic expedition coat for a bigger size. all I want is to be sent back an exchange.  It has to get in the mail stream for this to happen.

@SharkE    No info noted on what could be holding up this return.  We need to allow shipping time and processing time to exchange, we have plenty available.
