Order not showing up & never got a confirmation email.

The easy payment was taken out of my bank, no confirmation? I called and the customer service employee told me that there is no order and I should’ve had a confirmation number and that no order was placed but my bank was charged? It definitely went through. Super upset

Was told to call my bank to resolve this? I still want my order not understanding the issue.

If it's not a credit card but a debit card the bank will 'hold' the $$ until the transaction actually is finalized.  It should drop off in a day or so.

Yes I was told by my bank it would be released on the 28th. Sucks to have to wait and re order but guess I’ll have to.
