Order not showing in order status

I placed an order shortly after midnight. It is still not showing in my order status nor did I receive a confirmation email. I have the order number it gave me. Was there an issue last night with the system?

@Arielundertbesea44 - I had the same issue and thinking I made a mistake I made a second order.  I have been in contact with the social team and they can't see either of my orders.  I have been told to keep checking and when they show up I should be able to cancel one of them.

I had the same issue! I placed two orders back to back last night, neither of which showed up. I then chatted on line and was told the same (order didn't show up on their end). Of course when I woke up this morning, bothe orders showed up, and I am unable to cancel because they are both in process. Now I'll have to send one back. I'm not happy. Tried to order the jumbo sized booster this morning and the same thing happened (not showing up in my orders). Ugh!!!

Oh Sorry everyone!

 

I hate when that happens.

 

It's like a Catch 22.....if you reorder again,  BOTH will finally show up and a SLIM chance it will let you cancel.

 

Then you have to return a duplicate....btw, you can use the label and get a full refund.

 

If you wait to see if your order shows, it may sell out and you won't get it at all!

 

 

I ordered the KA TSV mixer a while back.....it never appeared!!!!!  I had the order # also and no one could see it!

 

 

I was told to put one on check hold by CS.  Which I did.  When the original order never, ever appeared.....I changed the check hold order to my Q card.

 

I'm not saying everyone should do that....just what I was told to do since the mixer is a heavy, $$$ item....they didn't want me to get a duplicate heavy item.

I emailed the social team about 4 hours and was told there’s a system delay and it should show shortly. It’s still not showing so I’m hoping it’ll eventually show.

I am having the same problem. I also chatted with  the social team and they said the order would show eventually. I honestly don't know what to think anymore about QVC. Just very frustrated because their customer service has been so poor recently that I am not sure I even believe the order placed. Oh well. I save myself a nice chunk of change if they botched it.

I just talked to a supervisor and they can't find the order. But, the pending charge is on my credit card. They can't seem to figure that out. I have had enough. No one at QVC is willling to help. They told me it has to go to finance and that will take at leas 48 hours. I told them that if they find the order, cancel it. I also cancelled my other order today. This is just crazy. Good luck to the rest of you with lost orders that you placed today. I hope none of you used your debit cards.

I hope it works out for you. No one can seem to find my missing order. However, the pending charge appears on my credit card. Good luck!

@cingisbelieving I chatted with another representative who said there are still delays on orders but if it’s showing authorization to my card, it likely went through. Unfortunately I used my debit card so I’m not happy about this as my order is still lost and she says she has no more information. It’s super frustrating

I am joining the group!  My order I made late last night still has not shown up, nor did I receive a confirmation email.

 

I am just going to wait one or two days, because I do not want to make a duplicate order, and I do not think my item will sell out.

 

Technology is only as good as the people that manage it.
