I ordered a Nintendo Switch on 11/25/2022. I received an email from QVC that my order was confirmed. I received an email 11/29 that my order had shipped with UPS tracking number. Tracking number has never moved, it just says label created. I called on 12/2 (estimated arrival date) to ask why the Order had not moved. I was given the answer that maybe it was just a little delayed and to give it till the 6th and if I didn’t receive it that they could expedite me another one. I called back today as we haven’t received the order and the label still shows no movement whatsoever. I was told today that they are having an issue with the system showing that things have shipped when they haven’t and corporate had to speak with the vendors to figure out what was going on and they would communicate further updates via email. So no idea when I might receive my order or anything. My card was charged. I might give it another week to see what happens and maybe cancel the order and get my $500 back and just order from Amazon instead. Anybody else hear about this? Sounds like QVC is having some bad internal issues with vendors!

Had the same problem. FInally received it,but it wasn't the Q it was USPS.

But a UPS label was created, so why would my order be sent USPS? Those are different things.

Looking at my receipt I wasn’t charged for shipping, so perhaps because of that the vendor dumped my order into snail mail? I wish they would be honest and tell customers that.

Sometimes UPS transfers packages to the Post Office-for delivery....

The UPS label does not show it was ever scanned, would they transfer it without even scanning the label?

Because sometimes UPS delivers a package to the local post office for delivery to the recipient.

Will UPS drop off a $500 item at USPS for delivery without even scanning the UPS label? It seems unacceptable that there would be no tracking or accountability for an expensive item. I did email the email address suggested above and they said they forward a request to have my shipment researched and the status updated. I continue to wait for either the package itself or an answer on this issue from QVC.

I hate to say it, but I don't think you will get the Switch.  It has probably been stolen.  I ordered an Xbox that said the same thing; shipping label created, package not picked up by UPS.  It was supposed to be here last Tuesday, but status never changed.  Of course they are out and can't send a replacement.  This is a common tactic where the label is created then package disappears.  I don't feel companies like QVC are diligent about protecting their customers from these types of thefts,  if they came down on the distributors, the distributors would crack down on employee thefts.  Unfortunately, it happens at UPS and FedEx as well.  I've had packages dissapear in between transfer points.  If it as a valuable and popular item, you can expect it not to show up if you see those types of messages.
