Had the same problem. FInally received it,but it wasn't the Q it was USPS.

Sometimes UPS transfers packages to the Post Office-for delivery....

Because sometimes UPS delivers a package to the local post office for delivery to the recipient.

I hate to say it, but I don't think you will get the Switch. It has probably been stolen. I ordered an Xbox that said the same thing; shipping label created, package not picked up by UPS. It was supposed to be here last Tuesday, but status never changed. Of course they are out and can't send a replacement. This is a common tactic where the label is created then package disappears. I don't feel companies like QVC are diligent about protecting their customers from these types of thefts, if they came down on the distributors, the distributors would crack down on employee thefts. Unfortunately, it happens at UPS and FedEx as well. I've had packages dissapear in between transfer points. If it as a valuable and popular item, you can expect it not to show up if you see those types of messages.
