Hello!
I placed an order on 11/23 with four items. I actually received three of the four fairly quickly, but one item still shows in process. Is there any way to find out why this one item is taking so long to actually ship?

Hi @lulu-chun and welcome to our forums! I am sorry that you have not yet received your eye shadow. Unfortunately it is temporarily in a backorder status and we are working closely with the vendor to obtain more stock.

I was "in process" for over a month with a linea item that I had ordered. Finally, I received notification that it was no longer available!
