wow I had the same problem in the past I have been waiting on an item that was process for 4 days ' then it reads customer service now it is in process again now backorder i hate that they do this and is sold out !!! 'THAT MAKES ME MAD

If you had a discount applied but was removed it should not matter if it's getting ready to ship or not. All they have to do is make an adjustment. I would call back to talk to someone else.
Good luck trying to cancel an order. You will receive it plus have to pay to ship it back. Reason why I don't order.
This is true. While they can't retroactively change your order, adjustments and credits can be applied to your account.
I'd email the social team since they seem to be able to help in most instances when customer service cannot.

I just talked to them, they're saying they can't do it.
I guess I'm canceling then.

Yep, just talked to them. They said they can't apply the discount.

@SamFS Your credibility is questionable since the social team doesn't "talk" to people. They only communicate by email.
Was you original order discount code perhaps invalid?

Between the Holiday weekends and the weather this country experienced it's a wonder anything was shipped/delivered.
People spent Christmas in airports, people lost their lives, families couldn't get together, power was lost. If you wern't affected be thankful.
Sorry, I really can't geet upset about delivery delaays.
