So, do you get the feeling that maybe tracking isn't too accurate and the lack thereof is no cause for hysteria? I bet it was shipped USPS.

That happens all the time and not just here. It makes it difficult to know when packages will be delivered. Packages are left outside and if I'm not expecting a package it could end up setting out in bad weather. I now check rather than depending on the tracking.

Unfortunately, I've found most companies tracking to be unreliable.
Sometimes, it's not such a big deal. Sometimes, if the weather is bad, or, it's a pricier item, it's more important to be able to know when to expect the item.

@Kachina624 Bingo! Right on. I find most things that come to me thru USPS don't track nearly as accurately as UPS. I will have something in my mailbox and notice that the tracking doesn't show it was delivered.
What really is disappointing to me is when I see that my packages start out shipping thru UPS, and as it gets closer to me, it is "transferred" to the local post office. In my little town, that means it's an extra day or two before I get it. I see UPS go by my place every evening, and yet for some reason my package was transferred to the post office, delaying it.
There is probably an economical reason for the way things are shipped, but when you are excited to get something, that is when it takes the longest, right? ha!

@World Traveler, I guess I'm fortunate because when packages are transferred to USPS for the last leg of the journey I almost always get detailed info.
lol, except for the September Wen TSV that got stuck there for 10 days (and then never ever left the building). -- Fortunately, the QVC customer service rep was able to set up a second back-up shipment just in case.... so my TSV A/D plan remained intact and I was able to get a replacement TSV. Thank you QVC customer care!!

@World Traveler, btw isn't your special wenday coming up soon. I was hoping you'd start a thread about it in the forum... but I'd be happy to start one for you, lol, if you like.

Hi @Dgrant, I actually had this happen myself with the live Christmas tree I ordered around Christmas. I think that what may have happened, since this is a vendor shipped item, is that there was a delay in our system realizing that the item had been shipped. Once that comes through though, you should see that item billed. I would expect to see that within the next day or so most likely.
If you don't see any movement on that though, please feel free to e-mail us at QVCSocialTeam@QVC.com and we will work with our vendor shipping team to reach out to the vendor and see about pushing that through!

I had a package transferred from UPS to the post office that sat there a week undelivered. I finally put a note in my mailbox to my carrier telling her I wanted it delivered immediately. It was here the next day.
