Order canceled because pending charge expired

I ordered a laptop, and the charge was pending on my bank account, and Qvc never took the funds out of my account. After a few days, the charge expired, so QVC canceled my order. I’m trying to order it again, and it’s still pending this time too. What should I do?

I actually didn’t use a credit card on the purchase I used a debit card. My bank (University of Kentucky Federal Credit Union) is currently closed except to phone calls because of the coronavirus.
