Just wanted to share my experience, considering the customer care reps couldn’t give a flying ******.

I placed an order for a nespresso on 12/15, and the next day got an email for order verification. I called, more than 10 times, left a voicemail as requested and was told I’d hear back in 24 hours. Did I hear back? No my order was automatically cancelled.

I called and the lady verified my info over the phone, great. Promised me my new order would not be cancelled again. What do you know? Same verification email the next day and a cancellation shortly after.

I have talked to numerous customer service reps and I’ve never seen such bad customer service ever in my life before. They literally do not care. Until today this hasn’t been resolved.

I’m sure I should just take my money somewhere else but I want to express my frustrations here in case anyone else is having the same issue.

They want you to call. You fall. They don’t call you back. Then they will cancel your order when you haven’t been given the chance to “verify” some details. Absolute bull******.

Since you are a first time poster I also wonder if you are a first time customer with no credit history with QVC wanting to use a debit card on Easy Pay and the company is requesting additional information? Are you sending it to the billing address? If wanting to use Easy Pay it is stated that it's offered at their discretion.

 

If they have twice cancelled your order twice then it does seem to be a financing issue.

No matter what the problem is they should still give her the courtesy of a call back!

Similiar experience on ordering the Spenco TSV a few week ago.  Got the veriitication of the order..waiting waiting and get an email that I'm on back order for the shoes.  I ordred them before 9AM that day and they were still selling the color and size at 8PM.  So I called and asked wny...the respresntative told me * just because you ordred an item doesnt guarantee you will get it*  UGH..so that is my experience which ticked me off!
